Once you have purchased your home, you will be introduced to the TimberCreek’s Customer Care Program. This service is supported by our name, TimberCreek’s reputation and our personal dedication to creating a great experience.
Professional staff will be available to guide you through every exciting aspect of building a new home from design selections, construction and move-in. We are available to answer any questions and TimberCreek’s on site staff is well equipped to address information related to your new home.
Part of our Customer Care Program includes TimberCreek’s complete one year warranty on all components and workmanship, as well as five- year coverage through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Our commitment to your satisfaction has resulted in our receiving the 15 year Distinguished Builder Award from the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. TimberCreek Homes is an accredited builder with the PHBIA Master Home Builder ® Institute and have also been proud members of the Calgary Region Home Builders Association for almost 20 years.
