RiverCrest is located on the South Side of the Bow River within walking distance of Bow Valley High School and just minutes from all other amenities. The community is designed to accommodate the entire spectrum of ownership. Master planning accommodates a restricted traffic pattern allowing its residences to enjoy a unique sense of community.
